This Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) qualification (EFAW) is ideal for most businesses whose risk assessment has identified that there is no requirement for a fully trained first aider for their workplace.

This First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) requalification (FAW-R) is ideal if your Certificate has not yet expired or is expired for less than a month. You can requalify your First Aid at Work qualification in two days rather than three.
This qualification is available as a 2-hour add-on to both the Emergency First Aid at Work and also the First Aid at Work course.
This add-on includes the extra subjects required by the Forestry Commission – severe cuts (e.g. chainsaws), crush injuries, Hypothermia and Lyme Disease.
Outdoor First Aid courses
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of grounds based outdoor
worker or supported outdoor practitioner in the UK. This Outdoor First Aid Emergency Action qualification is externally regulated and meets the standards to appear upon the national qualifications frameworks of England and Wales.
If your assessment of First Aid needs highlights the need for qualified First Aiders in outdoor activity, then this Level 3 qualification will provide you with suitable and highly trained personnel.
Paediatric First Aid courses
This is a 1-day entry level course for anyone looking after children but do not need the full 2-day OFSTED Paediatric course. Typically this would be for Nannies and Au Pairs although babysitters, parents and grandparents would also find this course suitable.
This is the 2-day Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and SureStart compliant course. It is available as a 2-day course or a Blended course with the first day a video-based online course.
This is the Blended version of the 2-day Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and SureStart compliant course. It is run with the first day a video-based online course and day 2 in the classroom.
The Forest Schools First Aid course is totally integrated with the Forest School ethos, rationale and the unique professional requirements of Forest School workers.
Topics include; roles & responsibilities, adult/child/infant specific treatments, dealing with collapse (with and without breathing), choking, bleeding, shock, major illnesses, torso and limb injuries, environmental effects, heat and cold injuries, using first aid kit, outdoor specific scenarios, outdoor incident management and looking after a casualty for more than 10 minutes.
This course is designed to provide outdoor incident management skills. Typical delivery methods are predominantly practical, with elements occurring out of doors in outdoor clothing and on various terrains.
A 12-hour Paediatric First Aid qualification can optionally be added.
